This is a pivotal position where the incumbent will be required to give a clear sense of direction for fulfilling the growth objectives of the organization. The candidate must have demonstrated ability for drive and initiative to lead a highly professional team.
Required Academic Qualification :
Masters Degree holder from a recognized university in Business/Banking/Finance or Marketing. The Candidate must have at least 2 first divisions and no third division in his/her academic background.
Required Experience :
Minimum 10-12 years of experience out of which 5 years preferably beyond the rank and status of Senior Vice President in a Bank or NBFI.
Age Limit :
Preferably around 45 years and may be relaxed in exceptional circumstance.
Compensation package :
Attractive salary package will be offered to the deserving candidate.
