Job Responsibility :
Heading the solution design, development, operation of VAS, CMS, Push Pull and Mobile applications and related delivery ensuring customer satisfaction, fulfilling delivery timeline, focusing service quality and meeting revenue target.
*Solution design & development
*Ensure quality development through technical consultation within the timeframe following SDLC\SOX guidelines
*Assurance of Support on related system, solution, operation and service areas
*Account responsible for revenue execution and ensure proper and efficient cost management (CAPEX and OPEX, AMC) for related areas
*Vendor communication for complement of required solution development
*Enhance operational standard by reducing incidence to an acceptable level
*Ensure smooth operation & maintain KPI level
*Ensure quality & timely delivery and change management to satisfy the customer requirement
*Responsible for Planning, dimensioning, benchmarking and budgeting
*Ensure compliance & security of operations
*Ensure contract & partner management
*Effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work
